Currently a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Saul Ewing LLP, where
he is in the Securities Transaction and the Public Utility Practice Groups.
Formerly and of Counsel with the law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley &
McCloy, where he co-headed the energy regulatory practice in the firm's
Washington, D.C. office. Previously served as a Branch Chief for the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission. Served as lead counsel on numerous
audits of public utility companies in conjunction with state and local
public utility commissions. Adjunct professor at Howard University School of
Law since 1994. President of the Prince George's Community College
Foundation and former member of the college's Board of Trustees. Graduate of
Andrews University and Howard University School of Law.
