JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, performs cashiering, grounds maintenance, and golf ball retrieval activities.

PRIMARY DUTIES

1. Issues golf balls and clubs, and operates cash register to collect fees.

2. Prepares cash register receipts and daily bank deposits.

3. Operates ball retrieving and washing equipment.

4. Cuts range fairway using hand or power mowers.

5. Cleans and removes trash and debris from buildings and grounds.

6. Replaces tees and brushes on driving mats.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

General knowledge of basic mathematics. Ability to read and write; to interact effectively with general public; to operate cash register; to safeguard funds; to assigned operate hand and power tools and automotive equipment; to follow directions; to work outside in adverse weather conditions; to wear and work in personal protective equipment.

OTHER: Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 college credits being equivalent to one year of experience.
